Position: Registered Nurse

Unit: Emergency Room

Location: Washington DC

There is a facility in Washington DC actively interviewing for an experienced Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN). This is a 13-week assignment with the possibility of extending. Travelers must have a minimum of two recent years of experience on the unit. Please call or text Cody Brown at 813-219-1087 for further information.

Assignment Details:

  • 13 Weeks
  • Days or nights
  • 36 hours per week
  • Possible extension based on performance
  • Electronic Charting

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Degree from an accredited Nursing Program
  • BLS/ACLS/PALS/NIH/TNCC or ATCN
  • DC RN License HIGHLY perferred

Required for Interview:

  • Current Professional Resume
  • Clinical References
  • 2 recent years of experience on the unit

Job Duties

  • Safely administer medication
  • Monitor and record vitals
  • Provide treatment instructions
  • Communicate MD orders
  • Provide discharge instructions
