Are you a IMC Step Down RN in need of a new assignment and competitive pay package in IL?

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an IMC Step Down RN for a 500 bed, Level I Trauma Center in Springfield, IL.  The positions will cover a 12 hour Night shift. The ideal candidates will possess 2+ years of Intermediate Care/ICU Step Down experience.

Position Qualifications:

  • IL RN License
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • 2+ years of relevant experience

Unit Details:

  • 38 beds
  • Ratios 1:5
  • Cerner
  • New unit focused on the care of a variety of Medical/Surgical IMC patients. Focus opportunities are Neuro-Medical-Respiratory-surgical, post-trauma; Sepsis is the #1 diagnosis. IMC monitoring including ventilator care, EEG observation room, Off Site Telemetry, acute stroke, complex surgeries, seizure disorders. There will be many opportunities for dressing, medication administration (all routes) and monitoring with titratable meds, drainage tubes, focused assessments and nursing interventions.
